Linda Fisher-Perue
Linda was born in Falls City, Nebraska and was raised on a farm near there. She graduated from Peru State College, Peru, Nebraska with a B.S. in Art and FACS education. Linda teaches art in the school system and through private lessons. She has lived in Eastern Nebraska, Western Nebraska and Southern Wyoming. She draws ideas for her art from the land and love of natural. She finds the beauty in the barren and isolated Wyoming, agricultural Nebraska, and mountains of Wyoming and northern Colorado. Most of her art work is in water based media, watercolor and inks. She is always exploring new media and techniques to introduce to students, finding great delight in the unpredictable and unique results from mono printing. Linda has found the best way to teach is by demonstrating; her students learn by watching then exploring.
